BP HOCKEY TRENCIN - SKATING & SKILL WEDNESDAY is a 9 months (1st phase 10 sessions) PROGRAM based on:
- skating (stride, horizontal and vertical positions, upper body positions),
- deke's 1 on 1 deception of an opponent using the legs and skate positions,
- fakes 1 on 1 deception on an opponent and a edge work (weight transfer, feeling of the pressures), what in real means that we divide game like situations on fragments in different phases of game and step by step will learn, progressive learn.
2nd faze 2 and half months (10 sessions) will skill sessions based on:
- stick handling,
- deke's 1 on 1 deception of an opponent,
- fakes 1 on 1 deception on an opponent
- scoring, what in real means that we divide game like situations on fragments in different phases of game and step by step will learn, progressive learn in game like situations.
3th faze 1 and half mont (6 sessions) will skill sessions based on automatization of faze 1.
4th faze 1 and half mont (6 sessions) will skill sessions based on automatization of faze 2.
5th faze 1 month (5 sessions) will skill sessions based on automatization of faze 1 and 2.
Training plan is mage by Mgr. Peter Bohunicky and leaded by him and his coaching stuff.

K&B STARS GAME + DRY LAND GAMES 2024/2025
Players born 2015 and younger can participate and K&B STARS 3:3 GAME + DRY LAND GAMES (football, basketball, street hockey). The games are scheduled every Saturday all season 2024/2025 long.
Games are played 3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4 in zones under supervision of coaches so the safety of players is provided.
Why do we play? The main goal is to gain creativity, game habits, players are able to transfer the skills from skills training in to the game like environment.
With the game we create the fastest method of automatization of gained skills. This system called Minelation is allowing the fastest connection of cells in the brain.
At the end the game is fun in friendly but competitive environment.
